What is BizFirst?

Is this a credit card?

BizFirst Cards operate similarly to debit cards. You can assign physical and virtual BizFirst Cards to your employees and load money into their wallets, which can be spent using either the physical or virtual cards.

Where can the card be used?

BizFirst's cards operate on the global Mastercard network which spans 210 countries, and are accepted by the vast majority of merchants globally — both online and offline.

How secure are the cards?

Your company’s appointed administrator will be able to view fund flows on every employee's card, and activate/deactivate cards seamlessly through the agent portal. As per MAS guidelines, ATM withdrawals are not allowed.

What are the foreign exchange rates payable?

There are no charges on SGD expenses, and we do not charge any spread on cross-border FX transactions. However, you will be charged a flat fee of 1.5% on cross-currency transactions, which is the rate charged by the MasterCard network.

How do I apply?

If you meet all of the following criteria:
a. A Singapore registered company as Pte Ltd, LLC, or LLP
b. Have an active business bank account for at least 6 months
c. Business owner is a Singapore PR or Singapore citizen

What details are required to sign up?

a. Your company’s ACRA business file/report 
b. IDs (IC/Passport) of atleast 2 directors
c. IDs of shareholders with 25% or more shareholding 
d. IDs of representative who will be registered on the BizFirst portal as your card programme administrator.
